Satisfaction with all the things of Publix

Service was great. I usually don't like to leave a negative review but this time we were so hungry and decided to buy chicken potato wages and onion rings and the chicken was warm, the potatoes and onion rings were old and cold. 🤦‍♀️

I was buying $50 worth of lunch and I asked Mia for a couple of forks, the dispenser was out of forks. She blew me off and said to ask the deli. I went to the service desk and told a manager what happened, she said it was Mia’s 2nd day, checked the dispenser confirming my statement that it was empty and asked the busy deli staff to get me 2 forks. I put down my lunch and walked out of the store. What happened to “ Where shopping is a pleasure"? Would it have killed Mia or the manager to just grab a couple of forks?

Very poor in comparison to the publix at Heathrow or Longwood Hills. Service is incredibly slow at the deli counters. A lady beside me had called in an order for pick up at 12. She got there at 12.10pm and they told her it had not been done and she would have to come back in 35 minutes! When I got home I called to place an order for pick up at 6.45pm. The lady taking my order, Terri, told me, in her very southern drawl, that she couldn't understand me because my "accent was so thick." I am Irish so English is my first language. I cannot imagine saying something so rude to someone in my working capacity. This store clearly needs some serious customer service training.

Great store always clean, but very busy

This Publix is one of the best I've ever seen period they actually have a sushi bar and a Chinese food area in addition to their Famous Fried Chicken and soul food sides

Usually my favorite location. Got a $10.00 pack of shrimp ate one threw it out. Didn't taste like shrimp and tasted like bleach chalk and unknown flesh.

This store does not carry the products they claim to have.

Only place that carries my green sparkling ice canned drinks. Everyone is friendly

Everyone who works in this store is extraordinarily nice. Even though I have moved far away from the location I continue to return there because of what fantastic service I always get. The manager never fails to say hello to me and ask me how I'm doing. Everyone at the pharmacy is so loving and they work so hard. That store is like going to visit family to me. It's a wonderful place and will always be my choice of where to go when I have to go to a Publix.

Parking lot is too crowded. There many other Publix plaza's to try within a 3 mile radius.

The App doesn't always have what's in the meat bays for Publix Apron oven-ready meals. I've called corporate office about this now for almost 12mo in a row. All anyone does is pass the buck between corporate office, the store managers (who rarely call back, make many promises), and their IT team.No one takes ownership at this store nor any surrounding store anymore. Their sheen getting very dull over the years and this is not a local issue, so much as a corporate-culture issue that's being caused by the top-down. I have talked to 3 managers of 4 local stores about this, all made promises to solve it and let me know when solved, not one have ever called to update me over the last 11mo.

I love shopping at Publix! Who doesn’t?Clean store, clean bathrooms, helpful employees, always have shopping carts available, always a line for subs or fresh dinner to go! Shopping is a pleasure!

I love this amazing new store! From the new layout, to the seafood shop and the deli with upstairs dining, this place is a winner! I wonder if there are any Floridians that don't 'love' their Publix!?

Publix Clean , Fresh, Friendly, consistent

It´s always a pleasant experience to shop here. However, itś a little pricey and I couldn´t find ricotta cheese. I had to ask for it and two employees found it for me in the back, but I had to wait a while and walked all around the store because it wasn´t stocked. Also, they have the specialty cheeses all the way across from where I would have thought I could have found the ricotta cheese. They should keep those things closer together.

This store is constantly understaffed and they dont seem to care. i waited 20 minutes for help at the boars head counter and they had 2 people working one doing call in orders and one talking to other guy. i was the only one waiting and was never even acknowledged as being there.Being a vegetarian I eat a lot of sweet corn and this Publix produce department does 2 things that are very poor... 1 they mix up all the varieties of corn, white, yellow and bi-color and they also put out corn that looks like it has been dried out for days (see attached photo). I have spoken to the produce people about this several times but evidently they don't see the problem... I mean would they just mix up all the different types of apples?On today's visit around noon they had zero carts available and when I mentioned it to a manager inside he said "we are aware of it" when I finally left the store they still have zero carts available.Bobby and Ron are always so friendly as we check out and Victoria is as well when we go to customer service.

Whoever runs/ manages this Publix does an amazing job! I go out of my way to come specifically to this Publix over other ones because I always recieve great quality and customer service. I did a large fried chicken order from here for my baby shower and people were asking me which Publix I ordered from because the chicken was so good!

Today I bought the icon....crispy chicken. And I don't know what it is about it, but it was crispier than ever.

I picked up two whole cooked chickens about 10:00 a m one was definitely cooked the day before since it was dried out. It was not a marked down chicken.

Publix has always been one of the more expensive grocery chains, however I overlooked the expensive prices because they had exceptional customer service. Fast forward to 2023/2024 the local Lake Mary Blvd.store has removed the majority of the checkout lines and replaced them with self checkout lines. I'm sorry but I refuse to pay their exorbitant price increases since Covid and then checkout and bag my own groceries. Is this a bad joke? They got rid of employees hence zero customer service and now you want me to do your work and pay more for my groceries! No thanks I will spend my money at Fresh Market, get better quality, better prices, and guess what I don't have to be a cashier and a bagger working for free.

Parking can be difficult but that’s not the stores fault.

It's Publix it is always good there.

Ordered 2 pub subs online and once I got home the sandwiches were completely wrong, so I tried to go back just to have them remake the sandwiches but the lady I spoke to who said she was the manager was extremely rude and condescending asking “how can I coach my employees better on how to make a sandwich” then continued to tell me I could only get a refund and if I wanted my sandwiches remade I would have to take my refund and wait in line again

Excellent, big store! This store has so much, fresh popcorn 🍿, deli, Boars Head salads, sushi etc, hot food and cold. The people are wonderful and professional. It's lovely.

Never an issue or concern when trying to get things you need and even those you don't.Stay is friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Publix has always been the finest of local groceries. I think their only competition could have been whole foods. Then it's a question of what you're looking for. The bakery, deli & such are awesome! Also, if you DO need help, they always always help you 100% and when you don't need help, they are just super nice. They don't hate their jobs (like people who work for Walmart)

One of my least favorite location. Employee here are rude. Managers are not very helpful either. I try to avoid this location as much as possible. I’d rather go to the one of rhinehart or 46a.

Love going here over the years. The only drawback is the prices have raised higher than other major grocery stores. However, the staff that works there are helpful, polite, and curteous.

Always a pleasure at Publix🤣This store as been my favorite for years. I just wish they would stop using BIO ENGINEERED INGREDIENTS in their baked goods. That's in all the locations...I prefer this store because their products are usually fresher. I also love the pharmacy!

Because of medical issues, I can no longer shop for myself in stores. The ease of ordering from Publix online, having them do the shopping for you and then bring it out and put it in your car is such a wonderful thing. I can still feel independent. They always give me a choice of whether or not to substitute an item that is out of stock, and so far I haven’t been disappointed. I loved Publix when I was able to do my own shopping, and now I love them even more.

Not my favorite Publix but it is a good standard and has most of the items I like or need.

Don't let the 4 stars fool you. This is a nice Publix. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for and sometimes not. But when they do have it, it's the best that I can find. I love their King O' The West Honey Dew Melons and their Cantaloupe. When they're in season, Publix has the best that you can find. Been going here for years jus' for that reason. The only place I'd buy them from and I've tried other places, but they jus' can't compare to Publix. I recommend going here for their fruit.

Parking lot always a mass of confusion, way too long waiting at counter to get Cold Cuts ! Not great.
