Publix Super Market at Venice Village Shoppes Restaurant in (2025)

Amazing store. Happy that I have them not too far from me.

Had a awesome time was going to get lunch meat and ended trying so many different samples the people in the deli were great suggesting and feeding us it was great. Lol

Customer service was great. Staff also took us to product. Always a great shopping trip

I was doing a last minute shopping trip with my son before he left for his first semester in college and I was just clinging to the last moments with him before he flew the nest. Everyone was very nice and we got everything that we needed. Even a little emotional support from the cashiers

Very down to earth Publix location. A really chill experience and just like that of others..Today they still had their weight machine which is one of my favorite things about Publix. You can go and weigh yourself for free.

I'm a huge fan of Publix, I used to shop in this store when I lived here. I really appreciate how it has expanded the selections. We're seriously thinking about relocating back to this area and I will be shopping at Publix.

Update: this is the worst example of a Publix store, they are continually out of items. For being such a beautiful store, you would think they would fill it with their best employees. Gosh I hope that's not the case here. This is the most poorly run Publix ever. I was hoping I'd be able to bring your stars up today. Worst Publix ever!I waited a year and a half to be treated like that. No thank you I probably won't set foot in your public store again. You should have trained your staff better. Publix, I normally have a love affair with you. You'll be sleeping on the couch. I won't be back in this store.

Has everything you need and great specialty items along with Bogo deals

Arrived 10 minutes before close and an employee was waiting to lock the doors. I told her that I was only there for some drinks that were going off sale in the morning. I asked her where they were and sh directed me right to them so I was able to get the drinks; saving me $21. Everybody friendly& helpful! Publix rocks!

Since the reconstruction of this Publix, imo I like it better than the Wellen Park Publix. This store is larger and has more product selection. The store also has a salad bar. The isles are wider too. The parking lot is still horrible though.

I'm here for the BOGO. Great deals. The only thing I don't like about Publix is the old men with the shopping carts. These old men are so rude and trying to run into you. Everytime I shop here I get some belligerent old guy messing with me. To all the old men shopping at Publix......"Mind your business and do your shop and leave the ladies alone" #GoodGrief

Standard in supermarkets, always fresh quality items

Exceptional supermarket. Shelves were fully stocked and one item that appeared to be bought out was quickly restocked in about fives minutes. Several BOGO items available. I had a submarine sandwich made with Boar's Head meat that was delicious. Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent signage and the app made shopping easy because sale items on my list were easy to find because the app indicates the aisle it is located.

I went into your store today for Irish soda bread. I was told it was all gone due to a special order and that there would be no more. If you're going to agree to a special order (restaurant?) you should at least be able to accommodate your regular customers and be able to make more. Second year in a row I was unable to purchase from your location. I am a loyal customer of Publix and have been for 30 years.

It's pretty bad to actually have a poor experience at any Publix. Unfortunately, I feel the need to say that of all the Publix stores in Venice, you're better off skipping this one. I've seen managers complain about the limited hours minors may work by law and I just had a rude delivery of an insta cart order. It's shocking and sad, I really hope it was just a very rare occasion...

Some of the pre packaged food items had mold on it. Check everything very carefully

Great variety of prepared foods available. All of the standard offerings of a higher end supermarket. Prices OK, but lots of good BOGOs to save $.

Was very disappointed when I went to fresh cut section of fruit and there was hardly anything to choice from. The bananas were horrible..Then got to self check out... no one around there keeping it cleaning. It was so dirty I wouldnt even places my items any where in the area. The kid was just standing there flipping the handle held machine around in his hand...

Handicapped parking, building access and restrooms. Very clean restroom. Checkout was with a human, nice lady. The store is clean, well kept. The prices kinda remind me of a Jewel Food Store. Abit pricey. Nice produce area, very fresh selection.

This is a smaller and older Publix but they still make a great Pub Sub. During season the parking lot is crowded with shoppers and diners so I avoid coming to this location most of the winter months.The Publix was completely renovated into a larger and much nicer store. Parking was a little improved as well. Great selection of food and friendly staff.

Nice store since they remodeled. Poorly laid out parking lot and blind drivers are a bad combination, but we just try to go after dark when most of the old people are in for the night.

So my kids an I went there to get subs,we waited in line for a little bit at there was only one person making subs. All the rest of the people where talking or kinda just standing around or starting to break down there stations. The guy did ask for help once but only received help for a few min. Then we had 4 subs made. Even with me standing right there correcting him one of our subs was still incorrect and as I started to get frustrated I just took the sub. Since the store has been remodeled its very clean and the staff is very nice.. unfortunately this is not the first time our food was incorrect.. it just gets frustrating when your standing right there telling them something isn't correct and they still don't fix it..

I enjoy shopping at Publix super market because everything I usually need, they have in store at a great price. I also like it when they go from a great price item to a sale price item.

Prices are much higher here. Deli area is poorly designed and congested.

Not impressed. Everything with the exception of the fish is pre-packaged. Produce meh. See photo of their pre-packaged broccoli. Giant stems. Salad by weight is expensive and there is a poor selection of salad ingredients. Store is clean. The people are nice. Way overpriced for quality.

This place is really nice. There are so many things you can get here and you can order your own poke Bowls. However they added some sauce to mine that I didn't ask for. It tasted fine but it's not really what I wanted. Great store, but make sure you emphasize what you want when you order fresh sushi or poke bowls

Signs say a discount price $2.50 for bread. Then when you get to the register it rings up 4.69. Di I spent 10 minutes trying to get my $2 back. No and neither does anyone else. That's a major RIP off

They need to figure out the deli department- I’ve been to this place now twice and both times the deli department with making subs is absolutely awful as far as the help effort. No sense of rushing like there isn’t lines standing there, tickets for on lines orders that just sit there while they are doing nothing but not working on these orders where there isn’t people waiting… make some changes please

The staff is great here at Publix. I haven't met anyone who doesn't want to help. It is a little pricey tho and probably because there are no other chains to compete with. Great people tho. Love their customer service in ALL of them!

Always a good experience! Update: I left my kids water bottle in a shopping cart, called up there to see if it had been turned in possibly, but instead Ryan went and checked for me and brought it in! I went in and he had it for me! That's customer service and part of why I love this particular store! Thanks Ryan!

They need an overhang for the cars in a rain storm to pick up patrons with groceries so they don't get soaked Publix in Naples has one !

Me and my friend enjoy this store because we get help from employees when we need it, like one young man was stocking in the freezer section and stopped and went all the way to a frozen item I couldn’t find for me; the bakery has the best ever in their foods; the same for the vegetables ~and they are ever so fresh. And the seafood is always fresh. The store is well stocked snd very clean…. I do have to mention that I totally agree with Steve Florida on the LGBTQ ads. Why is that something a grocery store should advertise?? And if so, what about white, straight people friendly??

This is such a nice Punlix Grocery store. The employees are super helpful and always have smiles on their faces. The deli, salad bar, hot food bar, olive bar, and all the other great food they have prepared look delicious and taste delicious as well. My favorite is the olive bar. I would definitely recommend strolling thru this publixs if you need a nice delicious meal.

I'm so grateful that this location has reopened. We were lost without it. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked. Carts are always available, and parking never seems to be a problem. Prices are great for most things. Just gotta watch for sales. It's always a positive experience at Publix. I won't go anywhere else!

I'm so glad this Publix finally opened! They are as helpful as usual! Thank you to Carla, the pharmacy tech, for helping me! The store is definitely getting busier. The word is out for sure! Yesterday when I was there I asked a manager where I could find an item and she actually gave me the wrong location. Take it easy on management. Some of us can't learn so fast!! Lol ☺️
